Trio Clavino plays Peter Schickele's "Variations" www.lancob.org. The Lancaster Church of the Brethren may not be the first place that one thinks of when considering attending a classical concert. But with its annual monthly Starlight Tea Concert Series, it should certainly be in the running. The diverse series kicks off Saturday night at 7 with a performance of chamber music by the newly formed Trio Calvino. Future Starlight performances include the Essence of Joy Alumni Singers; Due Solisti, Zofie Vokalkova and Kathleen Scheide; The Starlight Epiphany Concert; mezzo-soprano Sarah Daughtrey; the Juniata College Concert Choir and the Hershey Handbell Ensemble. An offering will be received at each performance. For details, visit |
